Learned counsel for the Applicant states that there are two more connected Appeals arising out of the same Sessions case. They are Criminal Appeal (ST) No.15109 of 2024 and Criminal Appeal (ST) No.15094 of 2024, besides the Criminal Appeal No.751 of 2024 and Criminal Appeal No.571 of 2024. 2.

Since all these Appeals arise from the same Sessions Case, all of them to be tagged together and posted together for further consideration on 09/10/2024 along with the Interim Applications.
