DATED:- 1st OCTOBER, 2024 PC :- 1) The learned Counsel for the applicant seeking modification of bail conditions namely (c) and (d) as imposed while granting bail to the applicant vide order dated 15th March, 2024 in Bail Application No. 496 of 2024;

2) Condition (c) says that; the applicant shall not leave Maharashtra State without leave of the trial Court. Whereas condition 1/2

4-IA-3017-24+.DOC (d) says that; the applicant shall attend the Arnala Sagari Police Station once in a week i.e. every Monday between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm. 3) The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a businessman and he has to travel out of Maharashtra. Furthermore, it is submitted that, he is a resident of Bandra and he is ready to attend Police Station Bandra instead of Arnala Sagari Police Station.

4) As far as condition (c) is concerned, I do not find any reason to relax it as it does not prevent the applicant to travel out of Maharashtra but it only imposes a condition to seek leave of the trial court, for said purpose.

5) In the circumstances, I do not find a reason to relax the condition (c).

6) As far as condition (d) is concerned the same is modified and the applicant is permitted to attend Bandra Police Station on every 1st day of every month between 10.00 am to 11.00 am. 7) All other conditions shall remain as it is.

8) The application is disposed of accordingly.
