He states that the petitioner assured to come again with necessary documents as sought for, however, till date, has not come. In view of what is disclosed by the learned Addl. P.P, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Be that as it may, the petitioner to again attend the concerned police station and give whatever documents as sought for by the police, to the police.
