P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application (APL) No.434 of 2033, which was dismissed for non-compliance of directions issued in paragraph No.2 of Order dated 21st June, 2024. 2) For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

3) As a consequence thereof, the period to supply spare copies of the Application in the Registry in pursuance of Order dated 21st June, 2024 is extended by two weeks from today and returnable date is also extended upto 11th October, 2024.
