The present Interim Application seek modifcation /relaxation of the bail condition, while the Applicant was directed to be released on bail by this Court on 15.06.2023, subject to furnishing sureties.

The learned counsel who has been appointed by the Legal Aid inform us that, the sureties are already furnished by the the Applicant, pursuant to which he is released on bail. In the wake of the above, the Interim Application stand disposed off as infructuous.
