By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court, while granting bail to the applicant, by order dated 11th June 2024. By the said order, this Court had directed the applicant to furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant is finding it difficult to arrange for surety and therefore, this Court may consider granting the facility of cash bail security for a specific period, so that the applicant can arrange for sureties. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed by directing that in the context of order dated 11th June 2024, the applicant is further granted permission to furnish cash bail security of BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2024.11.14 14:54:04 +0530
