Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J) vide order dated 31st January, 2024.

By the said order, this Court had directed to the Applicant to attend the N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station on first Monday of Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2
38-IA-3107-2024 (CR).doc every month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that charge has been framed against the Applicant and the Applicant attend the Court's date regularly. Hence, requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP that appropriate order be passed.
6.
Considering the submission of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order:-
ORDER
i. Application is allowed.
ii. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
