This is an application seeking restoration of Bail Application No.1835 of 2022, which stood dismissed on 19.03.2024 for want of prosecution. It is submitted that on the aforesaid date, the advocate on record was suffering from fever and he could not remain present in Court. An impression was gathered that the application would be adjourned to the following week. But subsequently, the order uploaded on the website showed that due to nonappearance on behalf of the applicant, the application was dismissed for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, the present application is allowed. Bail Application No. 1835 of 2022 is restored. 3.
