Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application to recall the direction of deposit of an amount of Rs. 1,85,000/- in the Court of Session. 3.

When the applicant was released on bail by an order dated 6th March, 2024, a submission was made that the applicant was willing to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,85,000/- and thereupon the aforesaid direction to deposit the amount was issued.

It appears that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute. The first informant has filed an affidavit giving no objection to revoke the aforesaid condition.

The learned counsel for submits that the first informant has also filed an affidavit in the quashing petition filed by the applicant for giving her no objection to quash the FIR. Vishal Parekar ...1

In view of the aforesaid submission and the affidavit of the first informant, the direction to deposit the sum of Rs. 1,85,000/- in the Court of Session stands recalled.
