This is the second interim application seeking bail preferred by the applicant. The applicant's first bail application was disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : Nitin W .Sambre & R.N.Laddha, JJ ) vide order dated 16th February, 2023 as the Court was not inclined to grant the relief. The said order is at Exhibit-A at page 11 of the petition.

Since one of the member of the said bench is available, judicial propriety requires that the present application be placed before the bench of which, Justice R.N.Laddha is a member. 3.
