DATED : 10th JULY, 2025 P.C. :- 1) After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks unconditional withdrawal of this Application. It is for suspension of sentence pending final hearing of the Appeal. He prayed for liberty to renew his prayer if the Appeal is not taken up for hearing within a period of one year from today.

2) The request is reasonable. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to renew her prayer for 1/2
