By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : A.S. Gadkari, J.) by order dated 13th June 2016 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall attend Special Court for CBI, Greater Mumbai on every First Monday once in three months N.S. during pendency of the Appeal. The learned counsel further submitted that, the Applicant is more than 60 years old, suffering from various ailments. He is unable to attend the Court for every three months. The Applicant is citizen of India and he has immovable properties in North Goa. He is finding difficult to attend the Court as per direction given by this Court, to come to Mumbai from Goa. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.
The learned counsel for the Respondent-CBI strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application. 4.
I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

The Applicant is resident of Goa. He has been directed to attend the CBI Court once in every three months at Mumbai. The Applicant is more than 60 years old. If Applicant is directed to provide the information to the Investigating Officer in case of change of his residential address or his mobile number it would suffice the purpose and I pass following order. ORDER
(i) The Condition No.(b) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :A.S. Gadkari, J.) by order dated 13th June 2016 is relaxed.
(ii) The Applicant shall provide information to the Investigating Officer in case change in address and new mobile number, if he changes mobile number.
(iii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
