Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety, in terms of order dated 08.04.2024, whereby this Court allowed the bail application of the applicant. In the said order, the applicant was permitted to furnish cash bail surety for a period of 6 weeks, in lieu of surety.

This Court is of the opinion that sufficient time was already granted. Yet, in the interest of justice and as a matter of last chance, the applicant is granted extension of time to furnish surety within four weeks from today. 3.
