This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application No.530/2024 which was dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 24.7.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that on that day the learned counsel for the Applicant was not well and, therefore, could not attend the matter. Consequently it was dismissed. This was unintentional. In any case, the Applicant has now changed the Advocate. She submitted that the Application stood dismissed because of absence of the Advocate.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed. Criminal Application No.530/2024 is restored to its original file. It shall be placed for consideration on 3.4.2025. Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.
