1) This is an Application, seeking modification of Order dated 8th August 2024 passed in Interim Application No. 3054 of 2024, to the extent of the date of surrender of Applicant to the jail Authority. 2) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, though the Applicant was directed to be released on temporary bail on or before 11:00 a.m. of 9th August 2024, he could furnish the police escort charges with the concerned Authority on 10th August 2024 and therefore he was released from jail on 10th August 2024. She therefore prayed that, in view thereof, the date of surrender on 14th August 2024 may be extended by one day. 1/2
