By this interim application, the applicant seeks direction for return of his passport, which was deposited with the jurisdictional Magistrate in terms of order dated 19.01.2024 passed by this Court, whereby Bail Application No.268 of 2024 filed by the applicant, was allowed. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently, by judgment and order dated 11.07.2024, the Magistrate has acquitted the applicant. Copy of the said judgment and order is placed on record. 3.

In view of the acquittal of the applicant, sufficient ground is made out for a direction to return the passport of the applicant. by BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date:

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Ld. 47th Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Esplanade, Mumbai to return the Passport of the Applicant deposited in CC No.829/PW/2015 arising out of CR No.54/2014 registered with the EOW on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit & proper;
