This Interim Application is filed in Criminal Application No.1354/2023. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that during pendency of the main Application the charge-sheet is filed. Therefore, he is seeking leave to amend to annex a copy of the charge-sheet and to carry out corresponding amendments in the pleadings and in the prayer clause.
