Mr. Rathod, learned counsel for the applicant (appellant) relies upon judgement of the Supreme Court in the case of Saudan Singh Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh, (2023) 17 SCC 446, to contend that in the light of the applicant having suffered incarceration for more than ten years, he is entitled to be released on bail.
