Heard Mr. Saeed Shaikh, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, Mr. Bardeskar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 and Ms. Gotad, learned APP for the State. 2.

The relief sought in the Interim Application is to condone the delay of 80 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application. The Applicant has complied with the Order dated 23rd April 2025 and deposited the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- before this Court. The Respondent No.1 - wife is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/.

Accordingly, although learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 strongly opposes the Interim Application, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed. Accordingly, the delay of 80 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application is condoned. 4.

The Interim Application is allowed in above terms with no order as to costs.
