This is the 3rd bail application preferred by the Applicant, the Applicant's first bail application was rejected on merits vide order dated 23rd April 2019 passed by this Court (Coram: B. P. Dharmadhikari and P D. Naik, J.J. both have retired since then). The said order is at Exhibit- 'A' at page no. 13 of the Application. Suresh 1/2

The 2nd bail application was not pressed as the earlier application was rejected on merits. However, liberty was granted to the Applicant to move for hearing of the appeal after private paper book was received. The said order was passed by this Court (Coram: Nitin W. Sambre and N. R. Borkar, J.J.) on 26th October 2023 which is at Exhibit- 'B' at page no.16 of the Application. 3.
