3) In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4) Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner is directed to supply spare copies in the Registry within a period of two weeks from today. 5) As a consequence thereof, the returnable date of issuance of notice upon the Respondent No. 2 in Writ Petition No. 2771 of 2024 is extended up to 30th September 2024.
