DATED:- 28th AUGUST, 2024 PC :- 1) The learned Counsel for the applicant points out medical documents to show that his sister is mentally retarded and she needs care and since the applicant is directed vide order dated 8th May, 2024 not to enter the jurisdiction of Raigad District till the trial concludes, it is difficult for him to take care of her.

2) Thus, considering the above-referred reasons and the fact that there are no antecedents against the applicant, I am of the opinion that the Interim Application needs to be allowed.

4) Condition of (c) of the order dated 8th May, 2024 is hereby relaxed.

5) Liberty is granted to the State to apply for cancellation of bail in case of breach of any condition or misuse of the liberty. 6) All the conditions will remain as it is.
