Mr. Munde, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.3 - CBI states that pursuant to our order dated 12th January, 2024, the CBI has registered two F.I.Rs'. He states that about five to six accused have been arrested and NBWs' have been issued against absconding accused. He submits that investigation is going on and that, the concerned officer will record the statements of the witnesses whose names are forwarded to the CBI. Statement accepted. He seeks further time to submit a status report with respect to the investigation carried out.

We are informed by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 - SEBI that the respondent No.2 - SEBI has also initiated prosecution against the persons concerned. 3.
