By this application, the applicant seeks to delete the following condition:

"8. The applicants shall not enter without permission of trial Court within jurisdiction of Pimpaldari police station till conclusion of trial."

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the alleged crime occurred within the jurisdiction of Mohol Police Station in Solapur District. All witnesses reside in Solapur District and not within the jurisdiction of Pimpaldari Police Station, which is in Parbhani District. Furthermore, the learned Counsel submits that no complaints have been filed against the applicant since the bail was granted by this Court on 10 November 2022 in Bail Application No.2936 of 2022.

The learned APP, following instructions, fairly acknowledges that the offence did not occur within the jurisdiction of Pimpaldari Police Station, nor witnesses reside there. Additionally, the learned APP confirms that no complaints have been received at Mohol Police Station during this period.

In light of this, above Condition No.8 imposed by this Court vide order dated 10 November 2022 in Bail Application No.2936 of 2022 is hereby removed. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
