This is the second application preferred by the applicant. The applicant's first bail application filed in the aforesaid Criminal Appeal was disposed of as withdrawn, when the Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The same is recorded in the order dated 28th June 2018, passed by this Court [Coram : B. R. Gavai (as he then was) & Sarang V. Kotwal, JJ.] in Criminal Application No.424 of 2018. The said order is at Exhibit - A, on page 22 of the application.
