Applicant is ready to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) in both the matters. In view of that following order is passed :- Kishor 1/2

O R D E R

(A) Substantive sentence of imprisonment in SCC No.296 of 2008 and SCC No. 301 of 2008 against Raju Gundu Kamble is suspended on following conditions :- (i) To furnish surety and P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) in each case before the trial Magistrate. (ii) Once the bail is furnished, he can be released from jail, if not required in any other case.

(iii) Two weeks time is granted to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) before the trial Court. (iv) On depositing the amount, the Complainant to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) on furnishing usual undertaking. The Complainant may ask for more withdrawal. It will be considered on merits.
