The counsel for the Appellants submit that the Appellants are similarly situated as Gurinder Pal Singh as the subject property came to be attached on the premise that it belongs to the accused company M/s. White Water Foods Pvt. Ltd., where his specific contention is that the property has no connection with the accused company.

Since the copy of the Appeal is not served upon the Competent Authority, at the request of learned counsel representing the Competent Authority, re-notify to 03.10.2024.
