Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent - State and Mr. Bellam, learned Advocate for Intervenor.

The parties before me have drawn my attention to the order dated 03.04.2025. By that order my brother Judge Justice Rajesh S. Patil has stated that parties are seeking liberty to mention the matter before this bench. Therefore, he has granted them such liberty in view of the order dated 24.01.2025 which was passed before the change of roster.

In that regard, on 27.01.2025 I had called for a detailed report from the Registrar (Judicial - I) with respect to 8 Anticipatory

67.IA.3414.24.doc Bail Applications which were heard by me substantially and in which orders were passed by me either reserving them for orders or for placing the said Anticipatory Bail Applications for orders on further dates prospectively.

Registrar (Judicial-I) has submitted a detailed report dated 30.01.2025. Even if the parties desire to mention a matter which does not pertain to my current roster, I cannot give permission to the parties to argue the Anticipatory Bail Application before me or to the Registry to list the Anticipatory Bail Application matter before my Court for hearing, as it is not on my current roster.

Needless to state that considering the order dated 25.01.2025 passed by me, the parties will be at liberty to consider the report dated 30.01.2025 submitted by the Registrar (Judicial-I) and exercise their right in accordance with the SOP and the procedure followed by the Registry for listing of matters before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

Parties are permitted to approach the Registry and Registry is directed by the Court to aid and assist the parties with respect to listing of the Anticipatory Bail Application before the appropriate Court in accordance with the SOP.
