None appears for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2026 of 2023 and also in Interim Application No.3419 of 2024.

Perusal of the earlier orders show that after a learned Single Judge has granted ad-interim protection in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2026 of 2023, none has appeared on 29th November 2023 and therefore, a learned Single Judge has recorded that if none appears for the Applicant, the Court would be constrained to vacate the interim order and pass appropriate order.

It appears that on number of occasions time has been sought to take instructions. It further appears that by the order dated 23rd April 2025 although time has been granted, ad-interim relief has not been continued. Thus, there is no ad-interim relief operating in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2026 of 2023. 4.
At this stage, Mr. Dhruv, learned Counsel appears for the Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2026 of 2023 and states that matter be kept at 03:00 p.m. and at 03:00 p.m., Ms. Chandnani, learned Counsel for the Applicants will argue the matter. Accordingly, the matter is kept back at 03:00 p.m.. However, none appears for the Applicants at 03:00 p.m..

Accordingly, to give one more opportunity to the Applicants, stand over to 19th June 2025 at 03:00 p.m..
