Accordingly, the order dated 10th June 2025 is recalled and set aside.

Ms. Chandnani, learned Counsel appearing for the original Applicant states that Interim Application No.3419 of 2024 has been filed by the First Informant. The First Informant was made party to the Anticipatory Bail Application as Respondent No.2. She states that the said Interim Application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Applicant i.e. Accused in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2026 of 2023. She further states that a copy of the said Interim Application is received by her today only and seeks time to take instructions.
