The relief sought in the Interim Application is that the Applicant i.e. Informant - Asha Dilip Panpatil be allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- deposited by the Applicant in this Court pursuant to order dated 10th August, 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

A learned Single Judge by order dated 10th August, 2023 has recorded the willingness of the Accused to deposit said amount and accordingly the said amount has been deposited in this Court. 3.
Ms. Chandnani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2026 of 2023 i.e. Accused states that the Accused have no objection if the Applicant - Asha Dilip Panpatil is allowed to withdraw said amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. Vaibhav Page No. 1

Accordingly, the Interim Application No.3419 of 2024 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). The Applicant/Informant - Asha Dilip Panpatil is allowed to withdraw said amount of Rs.3,00,000/- deposited in this Court. The registry to take appropriate steps. 5.
The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
