One of the condition imposed while releasing Respondent No.2 on bail on 30.01.2024 contemplated that he shall attend the Police Station in whose jurisdiction he intends to reside, on first Monday of every week, for a period of one year.

Pursuant to the liberty granted by the Apex Court, the Application is moved seeking cancellation of bail alleging breach of the condition. Notice was issued to the Accused i.e. Respondent No.2, by making it returnable on today i.e. 15.10.2024. However, the notice is shown to be awaited.

(15)IA-3438-2024.doc Since the condition of release of the Accused was reporting to the Police Station, we expect the learned APP to communicate the order to the concerned Police Station, to which the Accused is reporting, so that his presence can be secured before us on the next date of hearing.
