Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs on 18 September 2024. 3.

The amount was to be deposited before 28 August 2024. As the applicant has deposited the amount on 18 September 2024, time stipulated by an order dated 5 August 2024 to make the said deposit stands extended till 18 September 2024.
