By the present application, the Applicant whose Appeal against the judgment and order in MCOC Special Case No.3 of 2003 is pending seek permission to traval to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Pending the Appeal, the sentence imposed upon the Applicant was suspended and he was enlarged on bail on 9th August, 2017.

The Applicant is now desirous to travel to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Umrah Pilgrimage from 4th September 2024 to 1st October, 2024, and since his passport is in the custody of the Registrar of City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai, he seek return of his passport to allow him to travel to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We have no hesitancy in granting the said relief, however, while getting his passport released from the Registrar of City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai, we direct that the Applicant shall furnish the details of his itinerary, including the travel dates, the Airlines by which he is going to travel, the places where he is likely to stay and also the date of his return. Upon return, he shall deposit his passport once again to the Registrar, City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), subject to the following compliances. The above order shall be communicated to the Registrar, City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai by the Registry of this Court.
