Mr. Sonavane, learned APP has tendered a report, which is taken on record, indicating that respondent No.2 has been served in the present case. However, there is no representation on her behalf and the document showing service upon the respondent No.2 also indicates that she has prayed for grant of legal aid.

Accordingly, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to represent respondent No.2.

Considering the fact that this application on behalf of the applicant is also filed through Legal Aid, it would be appropriate that the learned APP, on the next date of hearing, tenders compilation of relevant documents for deciding the application.
