This application was filed through Jail and the learned counsel appearing for the applicant was appointed through legalaid. In view of order dated 3rd December 2024, learned counsel was also appointed to appear on behalf of respondent No.2. 2.

But, before this application could be taken up for hearing on merits, the learned counsel for the applicant informed this Court that in terms of order dated 6th December 2024 passed by the Sessions Court, the applicant was released under Section 479 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, on the ground that

In view of the order dated 6th December 2024 passed by the Sessions Court, releasing the applicant, nothing survives in the present bail application and hence, it is disposed of as such. 4.

In view of the disposal of the bail application, the interim application also stands disposed of.
