Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for Respondent.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J) vide order dated 3rd May, 2025. 3.
It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that condition imposed on the Applicant to attend the Atpadi Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2
31-IA-3468-2024.doc 1:00 p.m till conclusion of the trial. Learned counsel further submitted that Applicant is attending Court's date regularly. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.
I have heard both learned counsel.

After going to through the application, it appears from the record that the Applicant is attending Court dates regularly. If, the Applicant is attending the Court dates regularly, it is not necessary to attend the Police Station. Considering this fact, I pass following order:
ORDER
i. The Application is allowed.
ii. The Condition No.(c) imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J) vide order dated 3rd May, 2025, is hereby relaxed.
