LATA SUNIL PANJWANI This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.1531/2023 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide the order dated 12th August 2024. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he got delayed in reaching the Court because his train was late. His absence was not intentional.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow this application. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i)The Interim Application is allowed.
