After hearing learned Counsel extensively, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. But he made a request that since the Applicant is in custody since 08/07/2018, liberty be granted Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

2025.06.30 12:15:21 +0530 to renew his prayer for bail within a reasonable time, if his MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Appeal is not heard finally.

The request is reasonable. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, if the Appeal is not decided within a period of one year from today, the Applicant would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail pending Appeal. 3.
