Heard learned Advocate Shri Kuldeep Patil. He has read over the averments in the F.I.R.. He invited my attention to the following documents:- (i) Certificate given by present branch Manager, page no. 171, certifying that two objections are rectified. (ii) Hamipatra given by the accused Sunil Dhumal, who is now the deceased and co-accused Sudhakar Anpat and Vikram Borate in favour of other directors of the Patpedhi, at page no. 143. They 4/5
have admitted their entire responsibility.
(iii)He placed on record copy of the statement given by present Deputy Chief Manager of the Society showing the total amount of the loan and amount recovered.

Whereas according to the learned Advocate for the Society, this pertains to the loans other than mentioned by auditor in the report. They invited my attention to the table on page no. 149 of Interim Application No. 2813 of 2024 filed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 622 of 2023.

Let the Patpedhi may also file statement showing how much amount is recovered from the loan mentioned by the auditor in the F.I.R..

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till next date .
