Learned Counsel for the Applicant has filed a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 04/08/2025. 2) He states that the Applicant is a resident of Palghar District. However, in paragraph 13(b) of the Order, it has been inadvertently typed as " (b) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Nashik District without the prior permission of the trial Court." Similarly, the name of Police Station where the Applicant has to register his attendance is Manor Police Station, District Palghar. However, in paragraph 13(c), it has been inadvertently typed as" the concerned police station " .

P.H. Jayani IA3544.2024.DOC 3) Therefore, the corrections are required to be carried out in paragraphs 13(b) and 13(c) the Order dated 04/08/2025. After effecting the corrections, paragraphs 13(b) and 13(c) of the Order would read as under :- "(b) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Palghar District without the prior permission of the trial Court.
(c) The applicant shall appear before the Manor Police Station, District Palghar on the first Saturday or Monday of every month in between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and record his presence. "
4) In view thereof, the Original Order dated 04/08/2025 be corrected and the corrected Order be uploaded on an Official Website of this Court.
5) Rest of the Order remains as it is.
