Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that the Respondent No.2 is not found as to today and the information is that she had gone to her native place in Uttar Pradesh. This is causing delay in serving the Respondent No.2. The Applicant is 21 year old boy and he is in custody. O R D E R
(i) Stand over to 8.10.2024.
(ii) The Legal Services Authority of this Court shall appoint a suitable Advocate from their Panel to represent the Respondent No.2.
(iii) The investigating officer shall continue their efforts to serve the Respondent No.2 in the meantime and make a statement to that effect on the next occasion. (iv) Stand over to 8.10.2024.
