By this application, the applicant seeks temporary bail on medical ground.

According to the learned Counsel for the applicant, the applicant's both kidneys have failed and hence, the applicant is currently in hospital undergoing dialysis.

Learned APP has taken instructions. She states that the applicant was in the ICU and has now been shifted in the ward. She does not dispute the fact that both the kidneys of the applicant have been affected.

Considering the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to grant temporary bail of six months to the applicant from the date of his release, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
i) The applicant be released on temporary cash bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/-, for a period of six weeks; ii) The applicant shall within the said period of six weeks, furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. iii) The applicant shall furnish his address/addresses and contact numbers to the Navpada Police Station, Thane, soon after his discharge from the 2/3
hospital and shall continue to keep the said Police Station informed of his address/addresses and contact numbers. iv) The applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities on completion of the period of six months. 5.
The application is allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
