This Court by order dated 20.01.2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1187 of 2023, while releasing the applicant on bail has inter alia imposed the following conditions :

"C] The applicant shall not enter into the limits of district Nashik till conclusion of trial, except to attend the dates before the trial Court. Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

D] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction he is going to reside after his release once in a month, i.e., on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 till conclusion of the trial." 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is the only earning member of his family and his parents are dependent upon him. It is submitted that there are no other criminal antecedents against the applicant. It is submitted that the applicant is ready to attend the Gangapur Police Station, Nashik.

On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State submits that considering the nature of offence the above conditions were imposed. It is submitted that the conditions in question therefore may not be relaxed. 4.

In similar circumstances, this Court by order dated 2nd April, 2024 in Interim Application No.330 of 2024 has relaxed the conditions of the co-accused. Considering the over all facts and circumstances, I am inclined to relax the above conditions.

Accordingly, Condition Nos. [C] and [D] mentioned herein above are hereby relaxed.

The applicant shall attend the Gangapur Police Station, Nashik once in a month i.e. on first Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of trial; 7.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
