We have heard the learned senior counsel Mr. Desai for the Applicant and when we perused the Application, the challenge is that, the impugned order passed is in violation of principles of natural justice and the Applicant was not aware about the passing of the said impugned order and only upon gaining the knowledge, the Appeal has been filed by the Appellant.
We are satisfied with the bonafides of the delay, as a result, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
