This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. It appears that the first application of the applicant was withdrawn as the Court was not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the applicant i.e suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail. Vide the said order, liberty had also been granted to the applicant to file a fresh application. The same is recorded in the order dated 18th October, 2022, passed by this Court (Coram: A.S.
