In terms of the order dated 25/09/2024, since the appellant raised the plea of juvenile and we were of the opinion that this plea can be raised at any point of time and even at the stage of appeal, the learned APP has produced before us the inquiry report carried in this regard. The Senior PI Sewree Police Station, who had established contact with the Superintendent Samudayik Swasthya Kendra, Gaur Janpat Basti, Uttar Pradesh, has addressed a communication to him stating that the subject certificate on which the appellant placed reliance is not registered in their system and the ID reflected on the same is not from their health center.
