We have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Interim Application, which has categorically stated that the 1/2

(9)IA-3649-2024.doc delay in filing the Appeal is not intentional and deliberate, as initially it was filed in form of Criminal Revision which was permitted to be converted into Criminal Appeal and the counsel was under bonafide impression that there is no delay in filing the Revision. 3.

We are satisfied with the bonafides of the Applicant and by making the Interim Application absolute, we condone the delay. The Appeal is directed to be registered.

The learned counsel for the Appellant is at liberty to circulate it for admission, after Christmas vacation.
