This is an application for condonation of the delay of two years and 175 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 04.02.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge (MCOCA), Solapur, in MCOCA Case No.60 of 2021. 2.

I have perused the application for condonation of the delay. It is filed in an absolutely casual manner. It is almost a printed form in which the blanks are filled. This is not the way the condonation of delay application can be filed. However, in the interest of justice, I heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 5-ia-3680-24 is from a poor financial condition. The applicant has sent a letter through jail in which also he has mentioned that he is in a poor financial condition. His sentence is almost over. Therefore, I am entertaining this application.

Learned APP does not have any serious objection for condoning the delay.

Considering this situation and in the interest of justice, the delay of two years and 175 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The appeal be processed further.
