Learned APP for Respondent No.1/State has placed on record a letter written by Assistant Police Inspector, Poynad Police Station dated 08.12.2024 indicating that Respondent No.2/victim could not be found for effecting service. The letter and its annexures are taken on record.

Considering that Respondent No.2 could not be served through local police station, the Secretary, High Court Legal Aid Services Authority is directed to appoint suitable Advocate from the panel to represent Respondent No.2 as per Rules. Necessary papers be supplied.
